SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems and methods for monitoring and compliance with nutrition recommendations at public catering enterprise. Method comprises producing a set of recommendations for user nutrition, including products, dishes and beverages for consumption; then receiving a signal from a mobile communication device of a user who has entered a public catering enterprise; then determining location and identifying public catering enterprise, from which signal was sent from user mobile device; then a set of offered dishes and beverages are obtained from the database of this public catering enterprise; forming, based on catering enterprise database and a set of user recommendations for nutrition, a set of recommended and non-recommended dishes and beverages; and as a result, the set of recommended dishes and beverages formed on the previous step is directed to the mobile user communication device.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of forming a set of recommendations for simplifying the procedure of monitoring and diet compliance by patients.
