SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for offering an application for downloading by the user performed on a server connected to the user electronic device via a communication channel. Obtained is at least one parameter of a particular user; a starting signal is transmitted as an instrument for excitation of the electronic device to provide visual recommendations upon applications potentially recommended for downloading onto the electronic device in response to a potentially recommended application. Obtained is at least one parameter of a specific application associated with the potentially recommended application. Determined is a contextual compliance for the user of the recommended application based on a combination of at least one parameter of the user and at least one parameter of the specific application.
EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of presenting a required for downloading application.
