SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to computing systems and methods in medicine, in particular, to methods and systems for decision-making in the remote monitoring of a user's health status in order to prevent cancer. Method comprises following steps: obtaining a set of limits of the reference values of health indicators from the user interface block; forming a matrix of health indicators, which is implemented through a scalable table of at least one user and is included in the database stored on the storage device; receiving values of the health indicators of at least one user with a predetermined period on the doctor’s interface unit through a server, where all information is stored wirelessly via a data transmission channel from the user interface unit, user data is converted by means of converting tools that provide data conversion into a format intended for loading into a matrix of user health indicators; carrying out the analysis of the obtained values of health indicators in order to go beyond the limits of previously obtained reference values, if the value of the health indicator goes beyond the reference values, it is flagged; forming a list of diagnostic measures for at least one user based on all health indicators that have gone beyond the reference values, in the database of health indicators, each value of the patient's health indicator is associated with a diagnostic measure; auto-supplementing the matrix of health indicators of at least one user by his unique identifier after uploading the names and values of indicators, the dates of measurement of indicators to the remote monitoring system by the user through the user interface block; forming and displaying notifications of the results of diagnostic measures to the attending physician for making medical decisions. System includes: one or more data processing devices; one or more data storage devices where the steps are stored on at least one data storage device and executed on at least one data processing device.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides improved accuracy of assessment of the degree of risk of the disease in the user.
