FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to Coriolis flowmeters. Flow meter is a primary converter of the measured flow rate. Proposed flow meter comprises outer casing with base embracing vibratory system on rectilinear and curvilinear sections including two parallel symmetrical U-shaped measuring tubes fixed on one side of flat base. Flow meter is made with inlet splitter and outlet divider of flow of pumped medium flowing through vibration system. Inlet splitter has branch pipe and is connected to ends of U-shaped tubes of vibration system, connected by other ends to outlet splitter, having branch pipe. Flanges have mounting holes for threaded connecting elements. To the tubes in their middle part excitation drive is connected, connected to power supply devices (not shown), and on each side of excitation drive to U-shaped tubes induction transducer is fixed, connected to signal processing means (not shown), received from transducer sensors. Splitters are made integral with the casing base, which is made with four paired through holes of the same diameter and shape for mounting connected to the dissectors of the vibration system tubes ends. Each splitter is equipped with a hollow adapter welded to the casing base plane, consisting of connecting sections conjugated with the middle section. One section of each adapter is coaxially connected by welding to the flange, and the second connecting section of each adapter is welded to the base plane.
EFFECT: simplified design, increased accuracy and reliability of flow meter adjustment and measurements made with its help.
