FLOWMETER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC G01F1/84

Abstract RU 2662035 C1

FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the Coriolis flowmeter and its manufacturing method. Flowmeter comprises housing in the form of non-flowing tube 1 with the pumped medium dividers 2, from which the inlet divider 2 has, on one side, a branch pipe 3 for connection to the pumped medium inlet line and on the other side has two channels 4, 5 connected to the two in-parallel installed U-shaped vibration system tubes 6, 7, connected to two channels 4, 5 on the outlet divider 2 one side, on the other side having a branch pipe 3 for connection to the pumped medium outlet line. To the tubes 6, 7, in their curvilinear middle part, the tubes 6, 7 vibrations excitation actuator is secured by means of the pair of guides 8, 9. Actuator includes a permanent magnet 10 and an inductance coil 11 coaxially fixed on different tubes 6, 7. On each side of the drive, in the area between the said actuator installation point and the dividers 2, reading induction transducer is secured by means of coaxial guides 12, 13. Each transducer includes fixed to the tubes 6, 7 permanent magnet 14 and inductance coil 15, connected to the received from the transducer coils 15 signals processing means. Flowmeter manufacturing method is implemented as follows. Made from one tube workpiece, the vibration system same tubes 6, 7 are fixed in the tooling. Permanently securing the dividers 2 to the housing pipe 1 edges. Inlet divider 2 is connected by the channels 4, 5 from one side is by welding to the vibration system two tubes 6, 7, which on the opposite side are connected to the outlet divider 2 two channels 4, 5 by welding. Bushings with connected by bridges guides 8, 9 and 12, 13 are secured on the tubes 6, 7 by means of welding. High-precision mounting holes for the magnets 10, 14 and the coils 11, 15 precise positioning are provided by the bushings bridges cutting between the guides 8, 9 and 12, 13. Use of the group of inventions allows to increase the parameters measurements accuracy, to enable high reliability and durability.

EFFECT: expansion of functionality, simplification of design, increase in the adjustment and measurements accuracy, reduction in the flowmeter manufacturing and its adjustment labor input.
