SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an improved design of a Coriolis flow meter, that is flow meter using the Coriolis effect to measure the parameters of the flow of liquids, gases. Flow meter contains an explosion-proof outer shell, body in the form of longitudinal pipe 1, plugged at the ends of the input and output flow dividers of the pumped medium, the inlet divider has nozzle 2 for connecting flange 3 with the input hydraulic line and two channels connected to two U-shaped tubes 4, 5 of the vibration system, connected to two channels of the output divider, which on the other side has branch pipe 6 for connecting flange 7 with the output hydraulic line. Actuator 8 of excitation, connected to the means of power supply, is fixed to the tubes 4, 5 in the middle part thereof, and on each side of actuator 8 there is induction sensor transducer 9, connected to the means of processing signals received from sensor converters 9. Input and output dividers flow are made in the form of hollow bushings 10, 11 with the ends, sealed with tight weld and plates 12. Sleeves 10, 11 are sealed by sealed welds at the ends of pipe 1 transversely to its axis. Each of sleeves 10, 11 on one side of the side surface is sealed by a weld at the end of pipe 1, and on the side of the side surface opposite to said pipe 1, it is made with a hole for connecting it with a sealed welded seam with one of pipes 2 or 6. To connect each divider with U-shaped tubes 4, 5 of the vibration system, each of its sleeve 10 and 11 is equipped with two fittings 13, 14, hermetically mounted on its side surface between pipe 1 and pipe 2 or 6 with hermetic welds. Sleeves 10, 11 of dividers are tightly connected with deaf lateral surface by welds with the ends of pipe 1 and is made with holes on the side surface for connecting hermetic welds with nozzles 2, 6.
EFFECT: technical result is simplified design and manufacturing technology, improving the accuracy of parameter measurements, ensuring high reliability and durability.
