FIELD: monitoring systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway automatics for monitoring traffic conditions and interval control of trains. System comprises stationary radar entry centers connected to computer of dispatcher control and monitoring center, radio base station basic stations, data transmission network, radio channel and fiber-optic cable, a station unit for generation and analysis of pulsed light signals, a processor, a module for simulating train situation on hauls, a module for monitoring conditions of movement on hauls, module for complex data processing, on on-board equipment involved in system of trains, including connected to each other through system interface of digital data exchange, complex locomotive safety device, locomotive locating unit, speed and distance measurement unit, permissible speed calculation unit, braking curves and data exchange with stationary radio-linking centers via radio channel, eddy-current device for current monitoring of actual condition of rails and refined speed measurement, operator's display and locomotive radio transmitter. Track sections are equipped with continuous track circuits of tone frequency, where to the transmitting end of the rail circuit the output of the transmitter of the corresponding floor equipment of the supply end is connected, and to receiving end of track circuit is connected receiver input corresponding unit floor equipment receiving end, power supply buses of these floor equipment units are connected to two-wire power supply line arranged in a combined fiber-optic cable, information outputs of the transmitter and receiver of the floor equipment units are connected through the corresponding opto electrical conversion units to the optical fiber links of the fiber-optic cable, which are connected through the data transmission network to the computer of the computer center of dispatching control and control.
EFFECT: provided is higher system reliability.
