FIELD: train traffic regulation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for interval regulation of train traffic. The system includes ground and onboard parts. The ground one contains a computer (1) of the dispatch control and management center with a processor (2), a module (3) for modeling a train situation on hauls, a module (4) for monitoring traffic conditions on hauls, a module (5) for complex data processing, an intelligent software module (27 ) traffic control on the railway section in standby mode, fiber optic cable (6), station unit (9) for generating and analyzing pulsed light signals, station digital network (10), activates track circuits (11), transmitter (12) of outdoor equipment supply unit end (13), receiver (14) of the block of outdoor equipment of the receiving end (15) with a block (20) for generating signals of automatic locomotive signaling of continuous type ACS and ACS-CA, a two-wire line (16) of power supply, blocks (17) and (18) of optoelectric conversion connected with communication optical fibers (19) of an optical fiber cable (6), an optoelectric conversion unit (18), a backup power supply source (28), equipped with means of protection against vandalism. On the trains involved in the system, on-board equipment is installed, including a locomotive safety device (22) connected via the onboard system interface (21) of the locomotive for exchanging digital data, a unit (23) for measuring speed and distance traveled, a unit (24) for calculating the allowable speed, a display (25) driver and locomotive radio transmitter (26).
EFFECT: increased reliability of the system.
