FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polymer composition and a workpiece of a fibrous composite product with a surface formed at least partially from the polymer composition. Polymer composition contains 100 parts by weight of polyamide and 0.5–20 parts by weight of one or more additives which enhance adhesion. Adhesion enhancing additive is characterized by the presence of a glycidyloxypropyl radical. Described also is a method of producing a fibrous composite product blank, comprising a step for producing a film from a polymer composition. Illustrative sequence of alternating layers for production of fibrous composite product is provided by loading of all five films (40) of matrix into unit of interval pressing. Each film (40) of matrix consists of polyamide. Four layers of workpiece (42) of reinforced product are arranged alternately between matrix films (40). Preform (42) of reinforced product includes fibers, which serve as reinforcement. Modified outer film (44) made in accordance with the present invention is presented in each outer region of the plurality of layers.
EFFECT: technical result is providing an adhesion promoter for integrated in the process of joining in compression methods suitable for binding polymeric materials with metals.
