Abstract RU 2631299 C2

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: curable composite material comprises at least one structural layer of reinforcing fibers impregnated with a curable resin matrix, and at least one conductive composite particle located near or adjacent to said reinforcing fibers. Said conductive composite particle comprises a conductive component and a polymer component. The polymer component comprises one or more thermoplastic polymers. The thermoplastic polymers are initially in the solid phase and are substantially insoluble in the curable resin matrix before the composite material curing, but are able to undergo at least the partial phase transition to the liquid phase due to dissolving in the resin matrix during the curing cycle of the composite material. Thermoplastic polymers have the glass transition temperature (Tgl) more than 200°C.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase the electrical conductivity of the composite in the direction of thickness, to improve the impact strength and the resistance to delamination of the multilayer composite structure.
