FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for power engineering and can be used in obtaining cheap and economical energy sources. Device for decomposing water into oxygen and hydrogen contains container made of insulating material and comprising inlet and outlet water openings. To outer surfaces of opposite tank walls, dielectric constant of which exceeds dielectric constant of water, hydrogen and oxygen electrodes are loosely adjacent. In tank there are openings with neutralizing networks of negative and positive potentials installed in them. Inside tank there is thermocouple and water level sensor. Capacitance with electrodes is inserted into closed magnetic circuit containing poles adjacent to outer side of opposite walls, not occupied by electrodes, of capacitance. In this case, one pole contains primary coil, and second – the secondary coil, which through rectifiers and voltage multipliers supplies voltages to electrodes and neutralization grids.
EFFECT: increase productivity of water decomposition.
