FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to food industry, in particular, to vacuum impregnation of food products with their simultaneous cooking, which is combined with folding multi-turn container serving for packing food products with their subsequent sale or storage. In the process of hot vacuum impregnation of food products placed in a container, connection of covers of container with an impregnating pipeline is performed by means of a pipeline nut having external right-handed thread contacting with an internal thread of the stroke limiter. After the nut is twisted, the stroke limiter is actuated, having an external left-handed thread in contact with the bushing, which is tightly connected to the cover. As a result, axial alignment of the holes is performed axially aligned on the travel limiter and the sleeve, through which the impregnating composition is circulating. Release of container filled with waste products takes place in reverse order. Device for automatic maintenance of specified heating temperature of impregnating composition for use in method has capacity for impregnating composition and heater. Cylinder having spring-loaded piston with coaxially fixed rod abuts on said reservoir, on which variable resistor is located. Resistor contacts are electrically connected to the voltage regulator, the load of which is the heater. On the piston and cylinder on the side of the heating medium there are radially located holes, which when the piston moves can be combined or overlapped to release pressure and temperature of the impregnating composition. Rigid resistive adjusting contact, passing through piston and cylinder clearances, has double-sided contact with nut, which interacts with cylinder outer surface.

EFFECT: using the group of inventions enables higher quality of processing of food products placed in a container.
