FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to valve devices and can be used for various process operations during operation and repair of wells. Mechanical valve includes a body, which is installed on the tubing string on a thread, a piston installed with possibility of movement inside the housing, sealing rings, holes in the housing, which serve for connection of pipe and annular spaces. Valve body is equipped with collet with inner and outer beads, and valve itself is equipped with centraliser, having holes, designed to reduce resistance of flow of produced and pumped fluid between centralizer and internal surface of tubing string, wherein the centraliser is configured to move along the tubing string inside the valve body, during passage of which the piston moves inside the valve body to the upper position, at which communication of the tubular and annular spaces is provided.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expansion of functional capabilities of valve.
