FIELD: operation of oil and gas wells.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of operation of oil and gas wells, namely to valve devices and can be used for various technological operations in the operation and repair of wells. The mechanical circulation valve contains a housing mounted on a tubing string. Holes are made in the housing for communicating the pipe and annulus spaces. The piston is configured for limited axial movement inside the housing along an annular recess made inside the housing. The centralizer is configured to move inside the tubing and inside the valve housing, is mounted on the rod string and ensures the movement of the piston inside the valve housing to the upper position and communication between the tubular and annulus spaces. The sealing elements are installed in the mating surfaces of the piston and housing. The hollow piston is equipped with an external cylindrical groove in which a snap ring is installed. In the inner annular space of the housing, the lower and upper internal annular grooves are made. The centralizer is fixed on the body of the rod with a screw. On the outer surface of the centralizer, a spring lantern is installed, made in the form of curved plates attached to the outer surface of the hollow sleeve. The upper ends of the plates are fixed rigidly to the outer surface of the centralizer. The lower ends of the plates are pressed against the outer surface of the centralizer and configured for longitudinal movement. In the transport position, the piston covers the opening of the housing and interacts with the lower end of the inner annular recess of the housing with its lower end. The spring retaining ring is located in the lower inner annular groove.
EFFECT: increased reliability of piston movement and reduced hydraulic resistance of the valve.
