SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of shipbuilding, in particular to the design of ship hulls. Ship hull is proposed, made in the form of an impermeable shell formed from the outer skin and beams of the kit in the form of two separate impermeable parts – the stern, which has a flange and a backward slope of the stem in the bow, and the bow, which occurs at a fixed load.
EFFECT: by limiting the magnitude of the hydrodynamic force acting on the hull of a ship in a storm at a headwater, and improving the hydrodynamic characteristics of the vessel after the release of wave capture eliminates the possibility of loss of stability and tilting, which increases the safety of navigation.
