FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiosurgery. Performing multiple blind laser myocardial revascularization. For this purpose, laser radiation with wave length 1060 nm, average power 3–6 Wt, with pulse 60 ms and pause of 40 ms, with speed of light guide 8–10 mm/s is used. Laser channels are made within healthy myocardial tissues along the perimeter of scarring of visible myocardial damage at distance of 5.0 to 10.0 mm from this zone. Number of channels is 10 to 30. Alloplant implantation is performed by multiple injections into the myocardium bypassing the laser channels within the healthy myocardial tissues along the perimeter of the zone located at distance of 5.0–10.0 mm from the produced laser channels. Number of alloplant injections makes 5–15. Total injection amount of alloplant for this number of injections is 5–10 ml.
EFFECT: method enables achieving a high therapeutic effect, reducing intraoperative injuries, eliminating myocardial ischemia.
