FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, cardiosurgery. In patient with ischemic heart disease in zone of myocardial injury by means of laser bundle of radially diverging dead-end canals is formed. Canals are washed with perfluorane, filled with separated suspension of mesenchymal stem cells, isolated from patient's breast bone or iliac bone. After that canals are closed with earlier applied atraumatic suture.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase accuracy of localisation of implanted cell suspension and favours immobilisation of own cell elements.
