FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes carrying out endovascular, surgical and distance revascularization by forming blind passage, the so-called laser ventriculo-coronary shunt of 1.5 to 2.5 mm in diameter and 5 to 10 mm deep, in wall of left ventricle via surgical access to axillary artery with X-ray TV monitoring under local anesthesia and heparinizing patient's organism with the aid of laser scalpel and vacuum sucker positioned in gap in radiopaque catheter provided with flexible drive by means of which laser scalpel is advanced into cavity of left ventricle. EFFECT: less injuries and more effective revascularization of myocardium. 2 dwg
