METHODS AND SYSTEM FOR CREATING HIGH CONDUCTIVITY FRACTURES Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC E21B43/267 C09K8/80 C09K8/86 C09K8/92

Abstract RU 2685385 C1

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to production of fluid media from subterranean formations with formation of a network of proppant accumulation in fractures of the formation. Re-healable proppant island, comprising a first amount of a treated proppant, sufficient to allow formation of proppant islands in fractures formed during hydraulic fracturing, and to maintain the proppant islands intact if they move in the formation during and / or after hydraulic fracturing operations, or during pumping operations, or during production operations, or to provide formation of said islands in fractures to provide re-formation of islands or their destruction and re-formation during said operations, to maintain high conductivity of the fracture and to trap fine particles of the formation during said operations, where the proppant has a partial or complete coating from a composition which changes the zeta potential, containing an aggregating composition containing an amine-phosphate reaction product, an amine component or mixtures thereof and combinations thereof, and the amine-phosphate reaction product is a reaction product of an amine selected from said types of substances and a phosphate ester selected from said types of substances, phosphate ester of alkanolamines, phosphate esters of alkylated phenols, phosphate esters of ethylene glycol or propylene glycol. In another version, said components are selected from other substances. Composition for forming said islands, comprising a hydraulic fracturing fluid containing, per 1 m3, 119.8–958.6 kg of said proppant. Method of hydraulic fracturing of a subterranean formation, comprising pumping into a formation in hydraulic fracturing conditions at least two fluids distinguished by at least one property of said composition or fluid medium or a combination of said differences, which improve proppant placement and formation of islands. In another version, the method further includes, before the step for adding the proppant, a packing step including pumping into the packing the fluid medium which additionally contains a viscosity increasing composition or said composition and an aggregating composition. Method of placing the proppant network / fluid paths in the fractures of the hydraulic fracturing layer comprises pumping into the hydraulic fracturing layer at a pressure above the hydraulic fracture through the perforations, separated by gaps, series of packs of fluid media consisting of at least one medium, which is free of proppant and with different viscosity, and at least one medium with proppant and different viscosity, where fluid media have different compositions. Invention is developed in dependent items of the formula.

EFFECT: technical result is an increase in processing efficiency.
