POLYMER SYSTEMS FOR PARTICLE DISPERSION Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC C09K8/88 C09K8/588 C09K8/584 C09K8/80

Abstract RU 2783126 C2

FIELD: oil production.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of oil production, where, when injecting working fluids under pressure into underground reservoirs, it is necessary to retain particles in a suspension for prevention of their precipitation during a long period of time regardless extreme temperature-baric conditions. The invention relates to a group of inventions: a concentrate of well treatment liquid, a method for hydraulic fracture of an underground reservoir, a method for gravel filling, a method for drilling of a wellbore, a system for cementation of a wellbore, a method for cementation of an oil well, and a method for treatment of an underground well. This concentrate of well treatment liquid contains: water-soluble polymer; at least one substance selected from a surfactant and/or a mutual solvent, in amount of 10-57 % by wt.; a hydrophobic solvent, a value of hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) of which is 0-6; and either 0.2-3 % by wt. or 0.2-10 % by wt. of a suspending reagent. Water-soluble polymer contains: at least one hydrophobic monomer selected from a group consisting of n-hexyl methacrylate, n-octyl methacrylate, octyl methacrylamide, lauryl methacrylate, lauryl methacrylamide, myristyl methacrylate, myristyl methacrylamide, pentadecyl methacrylate, pentadecyl methacrylamide, cetyl methacrylate, cetyl methacrylamide, oleyl methacrylate, oleyl methacrylamide, erucyl methacrylate, erucyl methacrylamide, and combinations thereof; and at least one hydrophilic monomer selected from a group consisting of acrylate, acrylate salts, acrylamide, 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, salts of 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropansulfonic acid, and combinations thereof. This concentrate is a non-settling suspension.

EFFECT: development of polymer systems for dispersion of particles capable of being subjected to fast hydration and used for maintenance of particle dispersions during a long period of time.
