FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural machine building. Device for processing and fertilizing the soil contains a frame of rectangular cross section with support wheels on the levers, tanks for fertilizer. Soil sections are attached to the frame below. Each section is equipped with: vertical cutting disc, pair of cleaning discs, slits with a fertilizer tube attached thereto from behind, guiding device with a curved channel and a hole on the back surface to exit the fertilizer, a couple of burdening disks, a roller with a soil reflector. Cutting and cleaning discs are made on a lever oriented forward in front of the frame. Guiding device is connected to the fertilizer tube at the bottom and is provided with a curved channel communicated with a hole for fertilizer to exit on the rear wall of the guide device. Burdening disk is mounted on a lever made of two parts, the lower part of which is made with an inclination forward. Lever of the burdening disk is equipped with an angle of attack adjuster with a threaded connection, the axis of which passes through the lower edge of the burdening disk 50–100 mm behind the point of contact of the burdening disk and soil. Hinges of the elements of the section are made in the form of silent blocks. Support wheel lever is made in the form of a torsion and is equipped with a strain gauge, which is connected to the monitoring system of a given depth of tillage, which controls the tractor hitch cylinder.

EFFECT: improving the quality of tillage and fertilization in strips, reducing metal consumption, improving the reliability of kinematic elements.
