FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to prefabricated reinforced concrete products manufacturing, specifically to bench lines for making prefabricated reinforced concrete articles, such as crossbars, beams, columns, piles, bridges, various blocks, rings and covers of wells, road plates, floor panels, including large-span, and other products, and can be used for molding and heating of reinforced concrete products with automatic control of heat treatment of concrete and reinforced concrete products. Objective of the claimed invention is improvement of the thermal bench arrangement, which includes separate thermal zones for warm-up of the concrete mixture by creation of uniform temperature distribution throughout the section of the molded article and automated control, which influences improvement of the ready products quality. Technical result is achieved by the fact that the universal thermal bench for molding and heating of reinforced concrete articles, connected to the supply and return lines of the heat carrier, comprises a heated molding field, divided into m separate thermo-zones, resting on the spatial frame base, on which are successively laid insulation, reflecting insulation, reflecting side up, in heat-transfer tie-rope heating pipes, laid n number of double coils for uniform heat transfer, metal sheets are placed above them, at the same time each thermo zone contains heat carrier distribution unit connected to main lines of supply and return removal of heat carrier and to control panel of thermal bench automatic control system.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of reinforcement concrete products and quality of finished products with most economical energy costs.
