FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for automatic control of the process of thermal treatment of reinforced concrete articles on a thermal bench. Device for automatic control of the process of thermal treatment of reinforced concrete articles on a thermal bench consisting of n independent thermo-zones, each of which is connected to a separate heat carrier distribution unit connected to a single automatic control panel. Each heat carrier distribution unit is equipped with circulating pump, three-way valve with servo drive controlled from automatic control panel, supply and collection collectors. Headers are connected with supply and return main line of heat carrier and with temperature sensors electrically connected to single automatic control panel.
EFFECT: technical result is providing a temperature mode during heat treatment of a wide range of reinforced concrete articles to obtain strong products with minimum power consumption.
