FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to roller bearings. Roller bearing comprises inner ring and outer ring with raceways made in the form of equidistant surfaces of one-sheet hyperboloid. Between the races there is one row of cylindrical rollers. Half of number of cylindrical rollers of this row of bearing contacts with one family of rectilinear generators of raceways of inner and outer rings of bearing, other half of cylindrical rollers is in contact with another family of rectilinear generatrices of said surfaces of raceways. Cylindrical rollers with the specified difference of their contact with rectilinear generatrices of surfaces of raceways are located alternately in row of rollers of the bearing.
EFFECT: providing of perception of bilateral (differently directed) axial loads with preservation of bearing width, sizes of cylindrical rollers and preservation of perception by bearing of active radial load; use of the developed bearing makes it possible to use essentially more compact bearing assemblies in industry.
