FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical equipment. In the alternating current switch, comprising the symistor, closing one of the load terminals, which is the switch output, to the neutral bus by the anode-cathode circuit, other load output is connected to the AC mains phase, at that, through the first resistor and the first npn-type transistor collector-emitter the symistor control electrode is connected to the direct-current source negative terminal, by the positive lead connected to the neutral bus, and the first transistor base is closed to the neutral bus through the second resistor and the second pn-p type transistor collector-emitter circuit, which base is connected to the first transistor collector and the capacitor first output, by the second output connected to the neutral bus and shunted by the in-series connected diodes first pair in the second output to the first output direction, which connection point through the third resistor is connected to the switch output, wherein the capacitor first output is the switch control signal input and through the fourth resistor is connected to the direct current source negative terminal. AC switch is characterized by that the first transistor base-emitter circuit is shunted by the third npn-type transistor collector-emitter circuit, which base through the fifth resistor and the fourth pnp-type transistor collector-emitter circuit is connected to the neutral bus, which base is connected to the fifth pnp type transistor collector and the sixth npn type transistor emitter and through the sixth resistor is connected to the direct current source negative terminal, emitter of the fifth and collector of sixth transistors are connected to neutral bus, and through the seventh resistor their bases are connected to the switch output, from the first output to the second one direction the capacitor is shunted by the second pair of in-series connected diodes, and the second transistor base is connected to the capacitor first output and to the first transistor collector through the eighth and ninth resistors, respectively.
EFFECT: improvement of layout and higher reliability of switch operation.
