FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmacy and concerns a method for testing encapsulated drug preparations in a blister pack. Method includes formation of training and verification sets of samples, obtaining NIR spectra of samples through transparent part of blister, visual analysis of obtained spectra for presence of coarse errors, separation of spectra into two sets according to capsule affiliation, preliminary processing of spectra and construction of model by single-class classification methods on preprocessed spectra of training set. Constructed model is checked for the degree of acceptance of NIR spectra of samples of training and verification sets. Further, the degree of deviation of the NIR capsule spectrum by the NIR model from the training set, the capsules filled with the substance having no absorption bands in the near infrared region, capsules filled with the main excipient or mixture of fillers and sodium chloride instead of the active substance, reproduced, falsified and/or substandard medical preparations.

EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining a universal method of carrying out a capsular drug test, which provides more accurate and objective results.
