FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to research of physical and chemical properties in microbe-containing material. The method lies in using of spectral intensity values for determination of major microbes, competing associates and amino acids by spectrum of their fluorescence in all spectral range of equipment with optical band. While doing this statistic model of microbe concentration is obtained, the model is formed as product of calibrating matrix by vector of spectral response of tested sample fluorescence. Then calculation of microbe concentration or amino acids is made in tested samples based on model by means of software.

EFFECT: increase in accuracy and informative value of diagnostics.
