FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ultrasonic diagnostics, and can be used for intraoperative ultrasonic examination of kidney vessels state in extracorporal nephrectomy in conditions of pharmaco-cold ischemia without ureter crossing with orthotopic vessel replacement. Ultrasonic sensor is placed directly on kidney after its parenchyma closure. Echo-contrasting is performed by injecting the echoes in dose of 1.5 ml into a central vein followed by administering 10 ml of normal saline. Examination is started at the moment of introduction of normal saline and is performed for a time sufficient for recording the arterial and venous phases. Resection area is assessed for the presence of an ischemic area, as well as contrasting arteries and renal veins at different levels to the periphery. Presence of non-contrasted vessels and / or sections of parenchyma.
EFFECT: method provides an intraoperative assessment of the state of the entire vascular bed of the kidney immediately after the extracorporeal resection of the kidney.
