FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, urology, surgery. Performing preliminary suturing of a portion of the renal parenchyma at the site of the beginning of resection in the proximal direction of the tumour with further successive alternation of tumour part resection and parenchyma piercing, with the help of sliding clips, on parenchyma part corresponding to tumour part resection, till complete tumour resection. Thereafter, a control haemostatic suture is applied with the help of sliding clips on the entire part of the renal parenchyma on which the resection is performed.

EFFECT: method enables to perform tumour resection of various sizes without renal parenchyma ischemia and without creating intraoperative hypotension to reduce the risk of bleeding and, as a result, reduce the number of postoperative complications associated with reduced renal function, including acute renal injury (ARI).
