Method includes detecting a first touch point acting on a first icon displayed on a touch screen, displaying an auxiliary control region and a potential area of the effective range, wherein area of potential range of effective range is larger than area of auxiliary control area, obtaining a first effective range in accordance with the location of the first touch point and the conversion ratio between the location of the potential area of the effective range and the location of the auxiliary control region, when the first touch point is moved to the auxiliary control area, and performing the first operation corresponding to the first icon on the virtual target in the first effective range obtained.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of accuracy of data input on touch screen.
