FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to manual therapy, and can be used for correction of body functional state. That is ensured by step-by-step action on projections of internal organs by pressing with simultaneous change of pressure angle. Pressing is performed in the projections of internal organs on the anterior abdominal wall in the following order: a pylorus, intestine, small intestine, lower hollow vein, abdominal aorta, duodenum 12, stomach, pancreas, spleen, bile duct, liver gate, gallbladder, liver, urinary bladder, uterus and ovaries, right ureter and kidney, left ureter and kidney, renal arteries . Further, pressure is continued in the chest area in front – on the breast bone, subclavian areas, on neck muscles, back, buttocks. Depth of pressure – degree of pressure is determined in the process of pressing: in case of pain and / or tissue compaction, this degree of pressure is maintained until pain and / or compaction disappears; in case of pain and tissue compaction, pressure is 0.5–3 minutes. Procedures are repeated until the pains and tissue seals disappear under pressure. Before changing the pressure point, a circular rotation is performed with an amplitude of at least 1 cm counterclockwise if tissue relaxation is required, and clockwise if stimulation is required. Angle of pressure ranges from 40 to 120 degrees. If the internal organ is lowered, the exposure is supplemented by taking the organ lift, for which, after vertical pressing, the organ is moved upwards and fixed in that position for at least 1 minute. Depending on the degree of tissue resistance in the projection of the internal organ when pressed, a deep pressure is applied – at depth of 8–12 cm, medium pressure – at depth of 5–8 cm, light pressure – at depth of 1–5 cm.
EFFECT: method provides effective correction of the functional state of the body by normalizing the position of the internal organs in the abdominal cavity, stimulating the digestive juices and enzymes production and excretion, improved blood supply of organs, as well as elimination of spasmosity of muscular layers of organ walls, their ducts and sphincters.
