SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to kinesiology, and can be used for reduction of psychoemotional stress and recovery of functional state of organism. EFFECT: method provides assessment and restoration of muscle balance using a mild effect on the body, as well as elimination of physiological and emotional fatigue of the body.
