FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, specifically to manual therapy. Osteopathic exposure is preceded by back honey massage and extra myofascial release of head and sacroiliac joint. The osteopathic exposure is carried out in a pronated patient by consecutive massage techniques in a paravertebral zone started by pressing with one hand on the left, then on the right on a patient's head, and with the other hand - on his neck simultaneously turning the head to the opposite side from the exposure. The technique is carried out 3-4 times on the left and on the right, then the hands move to thoracic and lumbar spines, press paravertebral muscles downright and return upwards along the spine, move apart spine segments in opposite directions. The technique is carried out twice, and the hands move to the lumbar spine with one hand fixing in turn an opposite iliac crest, while a heel of the other hand carries out rotational stretch of the lumbar and inferior thoracic spines with putting the muscles together crosswise through the spine, and deep longitudinal stretch of the lateral muscles in caudal and cranial directions simultaneously. The technique is carried out 4 times and followed by manual stretch of the spinal segments upwards; a sharp of the hand moves apart the spinal segments with one of them moved in the cranial direction and the other one - in the caudal direction; there are involves soft manual techniques of visceral therapy of abdominal organs (gall bladder, liver, pancreas, large and small intestine, urinary bladder, ureters, kidneys) for therapeutic and preventive purposes, soft manual techniques of cranial and sacral systems followed by myofascial release of head and neck, thoracic and lumbar spines, sacroiliac joint, with using a long lever technique. The osteopathic examination of structural, visceral and cranial systems are performed up to 5 minutes. The back honey massage is performed for 10 minutes. The myofascial release of head and neck, lumbar and thoracic spines, sacroiliac joint is performed for 10 minutes. The paravertebral zone massage is performed for 10 minutes. The paravertebral zone massage is performed for 10 minutes. The soft manual techniques of cranial, sacral and visceral therapy is performed for 30 minutes. The myofascial release of head and neck, lumbar and thoracic spines, sacroiliac joint is performed for 10 minutes; test positional diagnostics of dysfunctions to be removed completely is performed for 5 minutes. The exercises for building of a musculo-ligamentous apparatus is performed for 10 minutes. All the procedures of the method make 9 sessions every second day.
EFFECT: method eliminates dysfunctions of a locomotor apparatus and visceral abdominal organs.
