FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hardware design of processes of purification, drying and separation of gas mixtures by means of short-cycle adsorption and can be used in gas processing, in particular, for removal of water vapors from natural gas. Adsorber for short-cycle non-direct adsorption comprises cylindrical housing with conical cover and bottom, mounted in cover loading hatch, initial mix feed nozzle and vapouris nozzle during desorption, mounted on a support ring in the middle part of the beam body with supports, supporting the grate, on which a layer of gravel is laid with an adsorbent layer placed from above, installed in the housing unloading hatch, through which discharged spent adsorbent is discharged, condensate drain pipe mounted in the bottom and condensate discharge branch pipe located on conical surface of the bottom, at that heat carrier inlet and outlet connecting pipes are connected to heat exchange device arranged in lower part of adsorbent layer.

EFFECT: preventing condensation conditions of desorbed impurities and, as a result, possibility of reducing the duration of the pressure release stage during regeneration of the adsorbent with shorter duration of regeneration and adsorption modes, dimensions of the adsorber and volume of the loaded adsorbent.
