SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to devices for classifying material by size, in particular devices of disk modules of shafts of disk separators. In one of the variants, the disk module of the separator shaft contains a disk bounded at the end by the curvilinear surface of a small contour and configured to be mounted on the shaft, a flat element bounded from the end by a curvilinear surface of a large contour mounted on the first lateral side of the disk and made smaller than its size in thickness. Disk module is equipped with a stepped end working surface in the form of two curvilinear surfaces of large and small contours and formed between them on the surface of a flat element, an annular surface, and the perimeters of these contours are formed, each, by means of arcuate elements of a large radius, one for each contour of size. Disk module is made with a multi-faceted hole with the possibility of mounting on a multi-faceted shaft with alternating bushings, the mutual overlap of the flat elements of the mating disk modules of nearby shafts and the formation between their stepped end working surfaces of the Z-shaped guaranteed clearance with the synchronous rotation of the shafts. Each of the curvilinear surfaces of the large and small contours at the joints of its arcuate elements of a large radius is made along the conjugation radius in the form of arcuate elements of a small radius, with dimensions different for each of these curvilinear surfaces, which, together with the annular surface placed between them on a flat element, are made with the possibility of forming a stepped end working surface. Number of arcuate elements of the small and large radii of each contour is the same and is limited by the expression (2+n), where n is an integer greater than or equal to one.

EFFECT: increasing the separation efficiency, as well as expanding the functionality of the device.
