FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: tool contains round flat disc having one-side face, sharp cutting edges, drive hole and through threaded holes. On disc surface, evenly on circumference, radius stepped slots are made. Slots on the middle of the length every second step are made with smaller radius and with toothed surface for gearing with blade cutter shaft. Blade cutter shafts are placed with clearance in disc stepped slots. Disc is rigidly connected with casing of the same external diametre by means of screws. In the centre of casing through drive hole is made, around it in circumference fixing holes are made, which coincide with drive and fixing holes in disc. In casing fixing slots, coinciding with disc stepped slots, are made. In each casing and disc slot shafts of blade cutters are installed and fixed. In disc and casing slots each blade shaft is pressed by means of polyurethane gasket. On toothed end of blade shaft grooves are made, coinciding with fasteners for shaft fixation against longitudinal movement and serving as mechanism for shaft length adjustment. Shaft flange with its lower butt end is welded to upper part of cutter assembling site. Blade cutters overlap each other's working zone edges. Each blade cutter is turned relative flat sides of disc with casing clockwise or counterclockwise. In each blade cutter on assembling site through threaded mounting holes are made. Strengthening layer is applied on blade cutter faces by method of welding with sormite or sputtering with titanium nitrate or diamond highly-rigid material. Identical strengthening layer is applied on face side of disc cutting edge. From side of flat surface of disc and casing on board edges in spaces between blade cutters through threaded mounting holes are made, which coincide with through threaded mounting holes on assembling sites of blade cutters. On circumference, located closer to the centre, in disc additional, located in pairs, through threaded holes are made, which serve for installation of replaceable working parts.
EFFECT: extension of tool functional abilities.
