FIELD: instrument engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a combined magneto-fluidic seal, which contains stuffing boxes, magneto-fluid and mechanical seals arranged in a housing. Magneto-fluidic seal is mounted on two bushings, one of which is a push for the gland seal, surrounded by a fixed pole of the magneto-liquid seal, other one, which rotates together with the shaft, has a rotating pole, movable in the axial direction, and an annular permanent magnet is mounted on this pole of the magnetic-liquid seal. End parts of the sleeves of the pressure and rotating, facing the permanent ring magnet, internal diameter thereof, form the space for the installation of the mechanical seal.
EFFECT: invention increases the compensated pressure drop.
