FIELD: seals.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing devices. Magneto-liquid seal of the shaft comprises a housing from non-magnetic material, inside which there is an annular permanent magnet, two pole attachments having annular magnetically conductive monolithic bases, in which on the surface facing the shaft there are magnetically conductive brushes, a magnetic shaft bushing and a magnetic fluid in the gap between the magnetic bushing of the shaft and ends of the bristles. Ring permanent magnet is installed between two pole attachments, and to its internal and external sides adjoin respectively inner and outer circular non-magnetic bushings, note here that annular refueling tank is arranged between outer annular non-magnetic bushing and body and communicated with clearance cavity by channels transverse relative to shaft axis. There is a thermoelectric module, which adjoins the housing with its cold side above the filling tank and is connected to the power supply, wherein the hot side of the thermoelectric module is directed into the air space. Annular non-magnetic spacers adjoin external lateral sides of both pole attachments. Magnetically conductive rings with radial through holes are arranged between each circular non-magnetic spacer and nonmagnetic case cover, in each of which there is a nonmagnetic tube, inside of which there is hollow tubular magnet with axial magnetization. For tubular magnets located on the side of the south pole of the annular permanent magnet, their north poles are directed towards the gap with the magnetic liquid, and the south ones are directed towards the filling container, and for tubular magnets located on the north pole side of the annular permanent magnet, their south poles are directed towards the gap with the magnetic liquid, and the north ones are directed towards the filling container.

EFFECT: higher quality and service life of seal, reduced friction between rotating shaft and brushes.
