FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: fixed magnetic core incorporates a magnetoconducting annular sleeve coupled with additional thermally deformed element that features back action reaction relative to heat-sensitive element and is coupled with a movable magnetic core. Given the temperature variation the thermally deformed element gets deformed to act, via tie rod, on the movable magnetoconducting sleeve to set it moving. The seal magnetic flux conductance and hence, its magnetic force decrease to make movable magnetic core attracted to fixed magnetic core which results in varying accuracy of the seal operation preset temperature that features a certain scatter due to remanence in magnetic core steel.
EFFECT: expanded range of operation temperatures and their higher setting accuracy.
