FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for controlling or controlling pressure of liquids and gases, specifically to seters of pulsating pressure used in technological processes and stands, for example a bench for analysing dynamic characteristics of pressure sensors. Pressure setting device (fig. 1–3) comprises cover 1, perforated disc 2, shaft 3, support 4, adjusting nut 5, lock nut 6, spring 7, centering pins 8, closed-type ball radial bearings 9, 10, remote screw 11 and static pressure source 12. Perforated disc 2 is fixed on shaft 3 with possibility of axial movement relative to the shaft. Disc fixation in axial direction is performed by means of cover 1, which elastically presses it against support 4, due to which tight contact is created between cover plate, disc and support. Cover 1 also has the possibility of axial movement relative to support 4, moving on pins 8; elastic connection is provided by spring 7. Force of spring 7 is controlled by nut 5, which is twisted in direction L, pressing spring 7 to set required pressure force equivalent to semi-multiple pressure of working medium. Further, adjusting nut 5 is locked by locknut 6. For safe operation, remote screw 11 is used. Shaft 3 rotates on bearings 9, 10, which are installed in support 4. Performing a bypass unit in the form of a perforated disc having at least two through holes arranged on the shaft with the possibility of axial movement and pressed on both sides in a cylindrical two-piece body consisting of a cover and a support comprising at least two bypass channels for pressure transfer arranged coaxially with holes of perforated disc, at T-shaped form in longitudinal section of cover with hole for shaft and described above their proportionality and mutual arrangement with support pressed by elastic spring, fixed from outside with adjusting nut with collars, locked by remote screw, coverage of the inner part of the cover and the part of the support adjoining to it together with the nut by the second side in the lock nut, which is screwed on the support, having a hole for the shaft installed on bearings, and a rectangular platform outside for mounting with holes, makes the design leak-tight.
EFFECT: preventing contamination of elements due to tight abutment of the disc to the support and the cover, providing a longer service life of the device, as well as reducing the possibility of leakage of gas through the gap and providing more accurate setting of the form of pulsating pressure in the working cavity of the device.
