FIELD: railway vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electric equipment of locomotives. Controller comprises housing, shaft, disc rocker, control handle and locking mechanism. Body is made in the form of two plates connected at distance from each other and having bracket for attachment of contactor elements installed on it. Hexagonal shaft is installed by means of adapter bushings in sliding bearings, which are fixed in plates of housing. Disk rocker arm is fixed on hexagonal shaft in its central part. Control handle is fixed by means of a pin in the disk rocker. Locking mechanism in the form of the spring-loaded lever is installed on the axis fixed in the casing plate. Lever presses the roller located on the end of the lever to working contour of the disc rocker arm. On one side of the hexagonal shaft part protruding relative to the body plates the coding disc is fixed. For each coding disc there installed are two contactor elements, which are fixed on U-shaped brackets from outside of the casing.

EFFECT: enabling implementation of operation of various motion control circuits with possibility of redundancy of electric control circuits, simplified manufacturing and installation, compactness and minimum overall dimensions, comfortable control, high reliability and repairability of the device in operation.
