FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy. Proposed mould comprises moving matrix, upper movable and lower fixed puncheons, housing, two spring elements, guide columns and base. Said spring-loaded elements are made from material with Poisson ratio of at least 0.45 and are arranged between female die and puncheon. Matrix is detachable and consists of two lobes installed in housing. Matrix and central axial hole in housing are made in form of truncated cone. Housing moves along guide columns fixed in base. Tangent of inclination angle of generatrix of contacting surfaces of housing and matrix to vertical is more than coefficient of friction of lobes in housing, but less than sum of coefficients of friction of pressed powder along lobes and petals along housing. Punches are made with at least two flats.
EFFECT: as a result, the male dies move synchronously and without hesitation relative to the matrix and enable degassing of the pressed powder without using special equipment.
