FIELD: water and air purification technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to facilities for air disinfection in premises, mainly medical facilities, with application of ultrahigh frequency electromagnetic field. Device comprises a housing with inlet and outlet openings, in which a fan is installed and an irradiation chamber is provided, which is equipped with screens made in the form of grids, on the housing through horns there installed are sources of microwave energy, wherein through the irradiation chamber there is a polypropylene tube filled with water, which acts as a ballast.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the air disinfection efficiency and ensuring the people comfortable staying in the disinfected room by excluding the ozone formation and noise absence during the device operation.
