SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vehicle seat assembly and, in particular, to independent thigh support with pad for vehicle seat assembly. Vehicle seat assembly includes a seat base forming a seat surface configured to locate driver or passenger point H at a predetermined location. Seat base includes first and second lateral sides. First and second seat rollers are located on first and second lateral sides of seat base, respectively. First and second independently adjustable thigh supports are located in front of seat base. First and second independently adjustable thigh supports form a pad separation. Transverse seam passes along the front edge of the seat base. Transverse seam is at a predetermined distance before the point H. First and second independently adjustable thigh supports are rotatable about an axis located at a predetermined distance before the point H coinciding with the front edge of the seat base.
EFFECT: increased usability.
