FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for treating oncological patients with cytotoxic-educated cells. For this venous blood is sampled from oncological patient or a donor, lymphocytes are separated. Separated lymphocytes are activated in a nutrient medium containing recombinant human interleukin-2, interleukin-15, albumin, sodium pyruvate, gentamycin, L-glutamine, for 9 days in conditions of CO2-incubator, then activated cytotoxic-educated cell in amount of 2 to 10 mln. are resuspended in a cellular product and is introduced intracutaneously paravertebrally in 2-4 points of an oncology patient on day 3, 5, 7 and 9 of activation. On the same days of the cell product is distributed in ampoules of 1.5-2 ml volume and stored in the freezing chamber to be used in outpatient treatment.
EFFECT: invention provides treating the patients who suffer from malignant tumours, such as cancer of stomach, colon, pancreas, breast and melanoma, including with advanced and inoperable forms of 3-4 stages of the disease, as well as for metastasis prevention after surgical treatment; besides, the invention allows inducing high antitumour immune response, characterised by tumour regression and reduction of the metastases sizes, appearance of the reactive lymph nodes, with improved quality of life and prolonged recurrence-free interval, as well as reduction of serious by-effects of chemotherapy.
