FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the thin-layer lamellar modular devices with a large working surface, and can be used in sewage treatment plants for the municipal, industrial and commercial waste separation by the gravitational sedimentation. Inhomogeneous liquid systems thin-layer separation unit consists of non-metallic self-supporting thin-layer lamellar modules, including the oblique module, containing rectangular equally long sedimentation plates with holes, spacing bushings, which set the plates angle of inclination and the regular pitch between the plates, and the frame comprising arranged parallel to each other longitudinal tubular beams for the spacing bushings and sedimentation plates joint stringing thereon. Two modules are made vertical, arranged as outermost ones on the said middle inclined module both sides, and joined thereto by the frames tubular beams with the single angle of inclination and regular pitch between the plates preservation. All modules frames are provided with rectangular, with length of not less than the corrugated sedimentation plates length, transverse hollow supporting beams with holes for the rods and grooves for fixing rods intended for the requiring increased rigidity points. Vertical modules frames are equipped with made in their bases posts with blind holes for the beams, and with slots for sedimentation plates. At the ends, the spacing bushings have oblique cuts at the sedimentation plates intended inclination angle. In the inclined module the corrugated sedimentation plates with holes at the top and bottom for tubular rods and fixing rods have the same height, and in the vertical modules is variable one, varying in the posts height from the minimum at the posts bases to the maximum one. At the posts tops the corrugated sedimentation plates with spacing bushings and support beams in the inclined module are strung from above on the upper and from below on the lower beams, and fixed in the support beams and rods aligned holes with locking rods. In vertical modules, by one side the sedimentation plates are inserted into the posts grooves, where they are fixed together with rods by inserted into the posts blind holes fixing rods, and on the other side together with the spacing bushings and support beams they are strung on rods and fixed similarly to the inclined module plates.

EFFECT: increase in the unit performance due to the cross scheme of operation, increase in the operation reliability due to the whole structure manufacturing from fiberglass, installation and dismantling simplification, increase in the maintenance-free service life.
