FIELD: production technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of composite truss structure. Technical result is achieved by method of composite truss structure manufacturing, having core part with multiple truss elements, which includes preparation of molded article, made on the basis of dry fabric, by means of the method, which includes arrangement of the first layer of dry cloth on the working device, having a non-frilled surface, and arrangement of the first layer of the cloth covered with the tissues, having sharp edges, on first layer of dry cloth to create corrugated surface with grooves. Each of the fabric-covered cores includes a tube of dry cloth wrapped around the core. Then the second layer of fabric-covered cores having sharp edges is placed on the first layer of the fabric-covered cores by arrangement of each of the specified fabric-covered cores of the second layer in the appropriate groove from the specified grooves. One or more additional layers of dry cloth are placed over the first and second layers of fabric-covered cores. Third layer of fabric-covered cores with sharp edges is placed on one or more additional layers of dry cloth to create a corrugated surface with grooves. Fourth layer of the cloth-covered cores with sharp edges is placed on the third layer of corrugated cloths by means of arrangement of each of the fourth layers covered with fabric cores in the appropriate groove from the specified grooves. One or more second layers of dry cloth are placed over the third and fourth layers of the fabric-covered cores. Then, molded article made of dry cloth is impregnated with resin and resin is cured to produce composite truss structure.

EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of manufacturing method of truss structures.
