FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for manufacturing a composite panel, a composite panel, and an element with a cellular structure. According to the method, an element with a honeycomb structure is produced, containing a honeycomb core structure placed between two layers of structural layers intended for shell formation. The honeycomb structure element is placed in the mould; drainage means are formed on each side of the honeycomb core structure. The honeycomb element is infused to impregnate it with resin. The resin in the honeycomb structure element is drained through the drainage means at the infusion stage, the drainage means being geometrically shaped to allow said drainage. The impregnated honeycomb element is polymerized to form a composite panel.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to simplify the manufacture of a composite panel by significantly reducing the number of manufacturing steps, in particular, by eliminating the last step of gluing the elements to each other, resulting in a composite panel, the cells of which remain intact.
