FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to versions of hot-melt adhesive compositions and articles made using said hot-melt adhesives used to assemble structures in an article. One version of the hot-melt adhesive composition comprises an amorphous polyolefin polymer containing more than 40 % of 1-butene, and compatible with polyolefin polymer second amorphous polymer having molecular weight (MWn) of at least 1000 and containing at least one butene monomer. Hot-melt adhesive composition does not substantially contain a tackifier. Second version of the composition of the hot-melt adhesive contains amorphous polyolefin containing more than 60 % of 1-butene and approximately 0.1–50 wt% of polyisobutylene. Density of said adhesive composition is less than 0.9 g⋅cm-3, and the adhesive composition essentially does not contain a tackifier. Article made using a hot-melt adhesive is a disposable article, for example a disposable article containing a substrate combined with a film, a fiber, a cellulose sheet or a nonwoven material, having an adhesive bond between them, containing a hot-melt adhesive.
EFFECT: invention provides complete homogenisation of the final adhesive composition and high cohesive / adhesion strength.
