SUBSTANCE: INVENTION RELATES TO A SPRAYED HOT-MELT POLYOLEFIN-BASED ADHESIVE WHICH ABSORBS A DISPOSABLE ARTICLE CONTAINING ADHESIVES AND A METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF. SPRAYABLE HOT-MELT ADHESIVE CONTAINS (CO)POLYPROPYLENE-POLYETHYLENE POLYMER WITH CERTAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF DISPERSION INDEX, MELT INDEX, MELTING POINT, AS WELL AS A TACKIFIER, OPTIONALLY WAX OR PLASTICIZER. HOT-MELT POLYOLEFIN-BASED ADHESIVE IS ESPECIALLY SUITABLE FOR USE IN SPRAYING AT LOW APPLICATION TEMPERATURES.
EFFECT: SPUTTERED HOT-MELT ADHESIVES WITH LOW APPLICATION TEMPERATURE HAVE HIGH RAW STRENGTH, EXCELLENT BONDING STRENGTH AND EXCELLENT AGING PERFORMANCE; BESIDES, SPUTTERED HOT-MELT ADHESIVES WITH LOW APPLICATION TEMPERATURE MAKE POSSIBLE THIN BINDING LINES WITHOUT ADHESIVE ETCHING AND RISKS OF THROUGH BURN-THROUGH FOR HEAT-SENSITIVE SUBSTRATES.
